Practice starts with pranayama (breathing technique) followed by a warm-up, sun salutations, standing and seated asanas to finish with savasana. This class is for you if you like a dynamic practice and flowing through the poses.


Hatha includes the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga.Breathing is essential and meditation is also part of the class. It is for you if you like move at a slower pace or if you are new to Yoga.Asanas are held for 5 breaths and it's a less dynamic style.
